Pecado del Paraíso, Trabanco´s new brut cider, will be present at Laboratorio Canalla. This crazy gastronomic initiative starts up again and stops in Asturias. Tito Fernández, executive chef of the NH Collection Finisterre hotel and creator of Laboratorio Canalla has chosen Avilés to host a new edition of this crazy adventure.
On 18 and 19 October, the Paradise Sin bubbles will accompany the unconventional menu on offer. A proposal of 16 tastings in which the game and surprises will be the protagonists of the evening. A casual proposal in which Tito Fernández together with the chefs of the Palacio de Avilés, José Ramón Otero and Cefe Rodríguez will demonstrate that haute cuisine can be even more radical and fun than has ever been imagined.
Laboratorio Canalla has some exceptional accomplices in the kitchen, on Thursday 18 Ignacio Solana (Solana Restaurant in La Bienaparecida, a Michelin star), José Antonio Campoviejo (El Corral del Indianu in Arriondas, a Michelin Star), Miguel Álvarez (De Labra in Oviedo), Javier Rodríguez (Delirios in León), Moncho Bargo and Javi Frei de Coruña Cociña (Pracer), Sergio Fernández (Tomate Bistró in Gijón), Jan Babczyszynjr (Kyoto Restaurant in Coruña), Iñaki Bretal belonging to the group Nove (Restaurant or Eirado in Pontevedra) and Emilio Vidal (Vidal Patisserie in Avilés) on 18 October. On Friday 19th he will repeat, in addition to Iñaki Bretal, Moncho Bargo and Javi Frei, who will be accompanied by Adrián San Julián (Yume in Avilés), Borja Alcázar (Abrelatas, Pola de Siero) and Ariel Mendizábal (Confitería-Bombonería Doriel in Coruña).
